Jaime Varela

Jaime Varela is a seasoned professional in the blockchain and technology sectors, currently serving as Growth Manager for LATAM at Binance, starting January 2025. Prior to this role, Jaime held positions at ChainSafe Systems as Partnerships & Business Operations and at Sprinter as Global GTM Lead, focusing on enhancing cross-chain applications and outbound sales strategies. Jaime contributed significantly to the successful exit of Andro, a crypto security startup, where leadership encompassed business development and operational management. As co-founder of Zulu, Jaime played a key role in establishing the startup and securing a $5M seed round in venture capital. Academically, Jaime is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Organizational Direction and Management, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minor in Business Management from Universidad de Los Andes.
