Kern Cheh Sim is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and tech compliance. Currently serving as Senior DevSecOps at Binance since May 2021, Kern has orchestrated significant infrastructure redesigns and compliance initiatives, facilitating the deployment of global credit card services and ensuring regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions. Previously, Kern held key leadership roles at Infozone Technologies as Director and Tech Compliance Lead, at Structo as Lead DevOps Engineer, and at Sephora SEA in various capacities including Head of E-commerce ERP Engineering. Kern’s foundational experience includes software engineering at Luxola.com and Dimension Data. Kern holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
