Lucas Chia is an experienced professional in risk management and operations, currently serving in a role focused on Risk, Strategy and Operations at Binance since April 2021. Prior to this, Lucas held the position of Vice President of Risk Management at Haitong International Securities Group Limited from June 2018 to April 2021.
