Sam Johnson

Sam Johnson is currently a Counsel at Binance, where they focus on internal and regulatory cross-border investigations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. With prior experience at Nissan Motor Corporation and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Sam has developed extensive expertise in corporate governance, bribery, corruption, and cybersecurity matters. They have also provided counsel on compliance frameworks in various sectors, including life sciences and financial institutions. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, complemented by further studies at The University of Hong Kong.
