Jeff Shaffer Usmc

Jeff Shaffer USMC, Ret. has extensive experience in sales and leadership, currently serving as the Director of Sales, East at Binary Defense since August 2019. In this role, Jeff inspires and leads the sales team through performance management and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Jeff held various positions at Binary Defense, including Business Development Executive, where responsibilities included collaborating with leadership to define business vision and managing client risks. Jeff's military career within the United States Marine Corps spanned over two decades, culminating in roles such as Regional Sales Director and National Sales Director, focusing on sales training and productivity analysis for recruiting teams. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and an Associate of Science in General Studies from City University of Seattle, along with education from Kent State University and Archbishop Hoban High School.
