Mike Hofherr

Mike Hofherr is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in CFO and operational roles across various industries, particularly in high growth private equity backed and SaaS businesses. Currently serving as CFO at Binary Defense since January 2019, Mike oversees financial operations, budget management, and investor relations, having successfully led a Series A funding round. Prior to this, Mike held multiple vice president roles at Wolters Kluwer, where responsibilities included P&L management, strategic direction, and the integration of acquisitions. Mike's career began at Lexicomp, contributing to significant growth before its acquisition by Wolters Kluwer. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and a BSBA in Accounting from John Carroll University.
