Ryan James is an experienced SOC Analyst II at Binary Defense since March 2022, specializing in network security monitoring for multiple clients and maintaining detailed records using case management and ticketing technologies. Prior experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at Wesco Inc. from July 2003 to October 2020, where Ryan monitored security endpoints to protect customer information and established strong customer relationships through effective communication. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Assurance & Cyber Defense from Eastern Michigan University, with additional education including a Cybersecurity Certificate from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Muskegon Community College.
