Charles Abel

Charles Abel has extensive experience in financial management and reporting, specializing in the role of CFO. Charles started their career at Protox Therapeutics Inc. in 2003, raising significant funds and managing all public reporting requirements. Charles then moved on to Phero Tech International Inc., where they successfully raised over $5 million in financing. In 2012, Abel took on a part-time CFO role at Equicare Health Inc. In 2014, they became the CFO of 3TL Technologies, and in 2008, they assumed the role of CFO/VP Finance at Contigo Systems Inc., where they played a key role in the company's sale and transition of finance functions. Abel's most recent position was as the Director of Finance at Binary Stream Software - ERP Solutions, where they have been employed since 2017.

Charles Abel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Simon Fraser University, studying from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they pursued further education from 2005 to 2014 at the Certified General Accountants, where they acquired a CPA-CGA certification.
