Erica Marcantonio, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Director at CBIZ. With extensive experience in human resources, Erica has previously served as an HR Consultant for The Human Resource Consulting Group and held various positions at Marcum LLP, culminating as a Human Resources Director. They have a demonstrated history of partnering with management on strategic initiatives and managing employee relations, training, and compliance across multiple organizations.
