Karen Schuler is the Managing Director of Nonprofit Leadership Search, Transition & Planning at CBIZ, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the nonprofit sector. Passionate about advancing best practices, they lead a practice group dedicated to supporting nonprofits through executive leadership transitions and strategic organizational planning. Having previously served in various roles, including Partner at Marcum LLP and Managing Director at Raffa, P.C., Karen has collaborated with over 800 nonprofit organizations nationwide. Karen is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University and earned an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
