Michael Naparstek

Michael Naparstek is a Partner at Marcum LLP, where they bring extensive experience as a financial professional consultant for both publicly traded and privately held companies. They have developed considerable expertise in SEC regulations, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and internal quality control. Previously, Michael held roles including CFO of a FINTECH entity and Director of Financial Reporting at Atlas Air Holdings. They also spent seven years at a Top 20 New York City-based accounting firm and served as Vice-Chair of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards Committee. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
