Michele Ghinelli Weber, PAFM, is the Managing Director at CBIZ and brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Presently, they oversee operations in the Michigan offices and the Third-Party Administration practice group, focusing on improving efficiency through innovative team leadership. Michele has held various roles, including Office Managing Partner at Marcum LLP and Operations Partner at Croskey Lanni, PC, where they spearheaded growth initiatives throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor of Business Management from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration and an Associate's degree from Macomb Community College.
