Customer empathy matters to Jared Anderson. He joined Bind to help make health insurance member-centered and friction-free. Jared leads Member Experience at Bind—overseeing the Bind Help, Member Engagement and Quality teams. He brings two decades of customer experience design, research and operational leadership across retail, service, product design, travel, hospitality and health care enterprises. Jared earned his BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
