Pat Schwartz

Pat Schwartz has extensive experience in health insurance operations and product development, currently serving in operations at Bind On-Demand Health Insurance since April 2020. Prior to this role, Pat Schwartz held significant positions at Optum, including Senior Product Director, where responsibilities included product development for Medicaid focused on population health, and Senior Program Director, managing relationships with a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers to improve care for Medicaid members in Minnesota. Earlier experience at UnitedHealth Group as Senior Director involved overseeing health plan operations across six states in the Southeast region. Pat Schwartz holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.
