Richard Archer

Richard Archer serves as the Director of Data Science at Bind Benefits since August 2017, leading a team focused on providing superior data support through statistical analysis and machine learning. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as a Data Scientist at Cognizant and as a Student Data Coordinator at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where substantial contributions were made to institutional research and course evaluation systems. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Macalester College.
