Robert Harder

Robert Harder is a seasoned professional in performance analytics and business management, currently serving as the VP of Performance Analytics at Surest since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Head of Analytics at Surgical Management Solutions from December 2020 to June 2022 and Director of Customer Analytics at UnitedHealth Group from January 2011 to December 2020. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Master of Business Administration in Business and Analytics from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
