Seth Rima

Seth Rima is a Product Manager at Surest since August 2023, previously serving as a Performance Manager at Optum, where responsibilities included building tools and processes for performance management aligned with strategic objectives. Prior to that, Seth worked at UnitedHealthcare for nearly seven years in various underwriting roles, with significant contributions as a Senior Underwriter for a large national industry trust. Seth holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bethel University and has additional educational experience from Richmond, The American International University in London.
