Currently serving as the Director of Client Onboarding & Operational Performance at Surest since June 2020, Tristan previously held the position of Business Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture from September 2013 to June 2020, where oversight of large strategy engagements in the Health Strategy practice was key, focusing on operating model development and strategic turnarounds for payer and provider clients. Earlier, Tristan acted as a Human Resources Business Partner at Epic, responsible for the recruitment of technical roles, reviewing over 120,000 candidates annually.
