Janic Schweitzer is currently in a leadership role at Bindella Unternehmungen, overseeing gastronomy operations in Zurich since 2019. Prior to this, Janic served as the operational leader at Two Spice AG from 2017 to 2019 and held dual roles as Geschäftsführer and stellvertretender Geschäftsführer at Le Dézaley between 2013 and 2017.
