Christian Hansen

Christian Hansen is a housing and building defects litigation specialist, currently a Partner at Bindmans LLP, where they focus on public law and housing matters. With over twenty years of experience, Christian advocates for residents’ groups in fire safety and defect claims against various entities, including landlords and developers. Previously, they served as the Head of the Housing Department at Hansen Palomares and gained significant experience as a duty advocate at Lambeth County Court. Additionally, Christian is the Co-Chair of the Law Society Housing Law Committee, contributing to discussions in the field since 2015. They hold multiple degrees, including a BSocSc in Social Anthropology from The University of Manchester.
