Kate Goold

Kate Goold is a Partner in the criminal team at Bindmans LLP, where Kate specialises in Criminal Law, Human Rights and Civil Liberties. With extensive experience in Business and Regulatory Crime, Journalists and Media, Serious Organised Crime, Money Laundering and Confiscation, Sexual offences, Homicide and mental health defences, and Extradition. Prior to joining Bindmans LLP, Kate worked as a Solicitor at Hickman and Rose from November 1996 to November 2000, and as a Trainee Solicitor at Simons Muirhead and Burton from October 1994 to October 1996. Kate holds a BA Hons First Class degree in Geography from the University of Sussex (1985-1989) and completed their CPE and LPC in Law at London Metropolitan University (1992-1994).
