Bindu Bites is a women-owned business out of Austin, Texas that aims to share the authentic tastes of Nepal and help bring others together with good healthy tasty food.. one bite at a time. Bindu Bites specializes in making Nepalese momos (dumplings) and sauces.
Momos, Nepali dumplings stuffed with fresh ingredients and seasoned with authentic spices from the land of the Himalayas.
Nepali sauce made from fresh ingredients and infused with a pepper only found in the Himalayas.
Recipes handed down through generations of Nepali women. 

Founder's Story:
Bindu Marasini grew up in rural Nepal, in the foothills of the Himalayas, while on the other side of the world, her father worked as a chef, earning the way for his family to come to America. 
She was raised by her grandmother, mother, and older sisters, and learned to hand pick the fresh ingredients for their meals, mill the spices in the family mill, and prepare the traditional recipes handed down to her by the women of her family. 
Eventually, Bindu and her family were reunited with her father in Texas, where they were again able to enjoy homemade meals together as a family. 
Bindu trained as an accountant, working in the farm to grocery market, before branching out to start her own venture, Bindu Bites, to share the authentic tastes of Nepal that united her family, and help bring others together with good healthy tasty food... one bite at a time.
