Alyson Jones has extensive work experience in the field of digital consulting and technology. Alyson started their career at Microsoft in 2006 and 2007 as a SDET, where they developed automated tests and built applications to track the correspondence between testing and development efforts. Alyson then joined CSG International in 2008 as a Sr. Systems Programmer, where they built web applications and provided troubleshooting support for clients.
In 2013, Alyson joined Deloitte Digital as a Digital Consultant and took on the role of Functional Lead for a website re-platform project for a US non-profit organization. Their responsibilities included managing the project backlog, budget, scope, and development timeframe, as well as creating documentation for client backend users.
From 2016 to 2018, Alyson worked at Fredhopper - part of ATTRAQT Group plc - as a Digital Consultant. Alyson gathered business requirements, translated them into technical specifications, and collaborated with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements. Alyson also created custom data enrichments to enhance clients' product catalogues for a better customer search and visual merchandising experience.
Most recently, Alyson joined Bink in 2018 as a Solutions Architect. Bink is a Fintech company based in the UK, focusing on creating a solution to make loyalty rewards easier for banks, shops, and consumers.
Additionally, Alyson pursued their MBA from Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013.
Alyson Jones completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Iowa State University from 2003 to 2007 where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Alyson obtained a ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2014 and a Scrum Product Owner certification in April 2016.
