Andy Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andy began their career at Nortel as a GSM Tool Operations student in 2000. Andy then joined Acxiom Ltd as a Production Programmer, where they wrote UNIX, Python, and Perl apps to clean and sort customer data. In 2003, Andy returned to Nortel, this time as a GSM Software Engineer, where they developed into a senior member of the team. In 2009, they joined Network Rail as an Architect and Technical Project Manager, playing a crucial role in rolling out a nationwide telecommunications network. Andy then joined Vodafone UK in 2012 and held various roles, including Network Programmes Senior Manager and Customer Programme and Portfolio Manager. Andy joined Bink in 2016 as the Head of Projects and Programme Manager (Banks) and later assumed the role of Head of Engineering. Andy most recently served as the VP of Engineering before becoming the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) in July 2022.
