Jess J. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career in 2010 as a Native English Speaking Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization, where they focused on designing lesson plans, collaborating with co-teachers and parents, and attending staff meetings. In 2012, Jess worked as a Data Processing and Administration professional on temporary contracts at Hays.

In 2013, Jess joined RG Carter Project Ltd as an Administration Assistant before transitioning to Llewellyn Smith as an Administrator. At Llewellyn Smith, they played a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of a web-based system, mapping processes, designing electronic forms, and delivering training plans. Their efforts resulted in significant efficiency savings and a reduction in paper waste.

Jess then moved to Servest UK in 2015, where they served as an Applications Support Analyst. They later advanced to become the Lead Product Analyst, responsible for managing the Implementations Team and successfully completing a data migration project for over 300 clients.

In 2019, Jess joined Elevate as a Business Analyst, contributing to the delivery of Change Team Projects and collaborating with the Product team. Their major accomplishment at Elevate was coordinating the integration of a third-party Open Banking solution.

In 2020, Jess joined Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior IT Business Analyst, focusing on eliciting and analyzing user and business requirements.

Currently, Jess is working at Bink as a Senior Business Analyst, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.

Jess J. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Exeter. They attended the university from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their degree, Jess J. has obtained several certifications. They received the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in September 2019. In June 2019, they obtained the Foundation Certificate in Business Change from the same institution. In May 2019, Jess J. obtained the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Requirements Engineering. They also received the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice 2018 in March 2019.
