Nathan Read

Nathan Read has a range of work experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Nathan currently works at Bink as the Head of Infrastructure, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, Nathan was a DevOps Engineer and Junior DevOps Engineer at Bink from January 2022 to September 2022 and November 2020 to January 2022, respectively.

Before joining Bink, Nathan worked at Beamly as an IT Mac Support Engineer from November 2018 to June 2020. Nathan was responsible for administering and configuring systems, supporting the global business, and managing Apple devices, network security, and the Google Suite.

From September 2017 to November 2018, Nathan was a Field Technology Engineer at Ticketmaster, providing day-to-day support for various customers, including sporting and music events. Nathan assisted with the setup and operation of large-scale temporary events such as Download Festival and Reading Festival.

At Live Nation Entertainment, Nathan served as an EUS IT Engineer from March 2013 to August 2017. Nathan provided second-line end-user support, including support for C-level staff, across multiple offices and countries in EMEA. Nathan'sresponsibilities also included server and network support, onboarding and offboarding, and server and exchange support.

Nathan's professional journey began at Tweeters LTD, where they worked as a Studio Assistant from 2012 to 2016.

Nathan Read has a diverse education history in the field of Information Technology. Nathan started their educational journey in 2009 at Therfield School, where they pursued A Levels until 2012. Following this, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Just IT and obtained a Diploma in ICT Professional Systems Principles and ICT. In 2016, Nathan enrolled in QA to study IT Systems and Networking, which they completed in 2017.

Furthermore, Nathan acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In March 2013, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. Later, in May 2019, they became a Jamf Certified Tech at Jamf, followed by earning the Jamf Certified Admin certification in June 2019.

Overall, Nathan Read has developed a solid educational foundation in Information Technology through their studies at various institutions and by acquiring additional certifications.
