Thomas Rabey

Thomas Rabey is an experienced professional who has worked in the engineering field for many years. Thomas is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Binnie, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Manager in the Development & Infrastructure Division at R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd. from May 2013 to July 2020. Thomas Rabey, AScT, PMP has a background in Civil Engineering. Thomas completed their studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. In 2009, they further expanded their knowledge by attending the University of Victoria, where they studied Project Management with a focus on PMP.
