Todd Bowie

Todd Bowie is currently serving as a Division Manager, Infrastructure, Senior Associate at Binnie since October 2017. Prior to this role, Todd held positions as a Project Manager at Parsons Corporation and a Project Engineer at Fracflow Consultants. With a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Todd also worked as a Project Research Assistant at Metro Vancouver.
