James Garling currently serves as a SuDS Design Engineer at Anglian Water's @one Alliance, starting in September 2025. Prior to this role, James gained valuable experience at Binnies, working from February 2024 to February 2025 as a Graduate Flood and Coastal Consultant, Assistant SuDS Designer, and SuDS Design Engineer. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a 2.1 from the University of Exeter, completed in 2022, and a Master of Science in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex, obtained in 2023.
