Phil Richards

Phil Richards is an experienced Talent Development Manager with a strong background in leading learning and development initiatives across various companies. Currently serving at Binnies since January 2021, Phil previously held roles at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included overseeing talent development in the EMEA region. Earlier experience encompasses consultancy roles at Braintree Group and Sussex Interactive Training, as well as significant management positions at FDM Group, where Phil directed training for numerous consultants. Phil's expertise also includes developing tailored training solutions, improving business performance, and enhancing employee skillsets, supported by a foundation in training and mentorship roles dating back to 2002. Phil holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth.
