Simon Clarke is an experienced Environmental Consultant with over thirty-five years in the fields of water quality, policy, and catchment management. Simon has held various leadership roles, including as the Head of Water and Catchments at Binnies UK Ltd. and the Director at Propeller Associates Limited. With a solid background in project and people management, Simon has developed strategic alliances in regions including Central and Eastern Europe, North America, and Russia. Simon possesses detailed knowledge of the EU Water Framework Directive, gained through extensive work in policy development and project management. Simon earned an MBA from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from Newcastle University.
