Tim Karl is a results-driven sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the animal nutrition and agribusiness sectors. Currently, Tim serves as Vice President of Milling at BinSentry, where they lead the transition of feed mills to a safer, data-driven operational model. Previously, Tim held various progressive sales leadership roles at Cargill, including Regional Sales Leader and Business Development Manager, successfully building high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and is certified in DISC, MBTI, and Train-the-Trainer, utilizing these tools to foster team performance and leadership development. In 2025, Tim will also be consulting through Karl's Consulting to help agribusinesses accelerate growth.
