Mark A. Lopez

Mark A. Lopez is the VP of Legal & Business Affairs at Binske, where they currently oversee legal operations. Previously, they served as General Counsel at Cisneros Corporation from 2018 to 2022 and were a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from 2001 to 2018. Mark holds a JD from Harvard Law School, completed in 2001, and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Miami, earned in 1998. They have extensive experience advising multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and various contractual matters across several regions, including the United States, Spain, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
