Tim Pennington

Timothy Pennington joined Binswanger in 2016 as a Vice President working in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Pennington is responsible for projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a focus on northern Montgomery, Bucks and Berks County, and the Lehigh Valley region. Mr. Pennington’s responsibilities include assisting his clients with tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection. His professionalism and real estate expertise enhances Binswanger’s commitment to providing its corporate clients with the highest levels of real estate services.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Pennington was a Director of the Industrial Real Estate Team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. While at NGKF, Mr. Pennington facilitated over 25 million sq. ft. of deals, and was nationally recognized as “Rising Star” in 2015.

Mr. Pennington graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science, Finance and Real Estate.
