Ashley Silva

Ashley brings over 15 years of experience in customer services including sales and customer success. She possesses a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Prior to Binti, Ashley worked as a Social Worker for child protective services. Her background includes Investigations and Resource Family Approvals. Prior to her career in Child Protective Services, Ashley volunteered her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster system as an advocate and peer coordinator. Ashley looks forward to contributing her experience to Binti’s mission of providing every child with a safe and loving home.
