As a trainer and life coach working on helping others change limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs, I believe my life purpose has been built on my desire to touch people’s lives and hearts and be a positive light for others. My favorite quote is by Maya Angelou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
 
My journey began in a small town in Eastern Washington, where I had the good fortune of growing up in a wonderful family. Along with a mom, dad and three brothers, I had a circle of friends that still remain in my life today. I loved riding horses and I spent lots of time outdoors. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Psychology, I spent a year living the dream in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In the winter I would ski every chance I had and I worked in a ski shop at the base of the mountain to support my skiing habit.
 
My next chapter took me back to Seattle where I launched and enjoyed a successful career in human resources management. I met and married the love of my life, raised two wonderful children and helped build our dream home on Tiger Mountain in Issaquah. I also discovered a whole new world of yoga, which I practiced every day. Life was good.
 
But the universe had a different plan for me. Energy medicine had always fascinated me and, in 2017, I left the corporate world to work with Jacki Beem, an intuitive life coach. In November 2017, I traveled to Costa Rica for a two-week immersion course in bio-energy healing at Michael D'Alton's School of Bio-Energy Healing. The course had such an impact that it was a game changer for me. In 2018, I became a certified bio-energy healing practitioner and created Bio-Energy Healing Source. It is a privilege and an honor to be of service and to do the work I am here to do - helping others heal their bodies of acute and chronic illness naturally, through bio-energy healing therapy.
