Tanuj Pasricha

Tanuj Pasricha has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the healthcare industry. Tanuj currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at BioReference, where they are responsible for overseeing the Logistics and Supply Chain department. Tanuj has implemented balanced scorecard metrics and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data analytics and visualization. Prior to BioReference, Tanuj worked at Quest Diagnostics, where they served as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the Patient Services organization. In these roles, they managed large teams and implemented projects that resulted in revenue growth and improved key metrics. Tanuj also has experience as a Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Before joining Quest Diagnostics, they worked as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft.

Tanuj Pasricha obtained a Masters of Engineering Management degree in Operations from Duke University in 2008. Tanuj also holds certifications as a PMP Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2012, and as an ASQ CSSB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) from the ASQ (American Society of Quality), obtained in December 2010.
