Amina Hadef

Amina Hadef is a Senior Scientific Support Associate at Bio-Techne since January 2018, providing technical support for various products and applications, while managing customer communication in CRM for EMEA clients. Prior to this role, Amina worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories as an OTC Credit and Collections Administrator, where responsibilities included developing processes for customer collections and dispute management, as well as managing dispute cases in SAP. Amina holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences-Haematology from the University of Westminster and has completed multiple bachelor's degrees in Life Sciences with a focus on Health Biology from institutions including the University of Oslo, Université Paris-Est Créteil, and Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
