Benjamin Ports

Benjamin Ports currently serves as the Director of Process Engineering at Bio-Techne since February 2024. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Director of Process Manufacturing Engineering at Bruker Cellular Analysis, where responsibilities included leading the NPI team to facilitate the transition of new products into production, notably launching the second generation multiplex bulk proteomics immunoassay. Benjamin also worked at IsoPlexis from 2017 to 2023 in various roles, including Director of Consumable Development & Transfer, achieving over 90% yields in production processes, and expanding product families. Prior experience includes a Senior Research and Development Engineer role at QDx, Inc., where Benjamin developed a novel hematology analyzer, and research roles at the University of Connecticut and Rogers Corporation. Benjamin earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
