Chris Valley is an accomplished data scientist and computational biologist with extensive experience in academic and industry settings. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Bio-Techne since November 2015, Chris has previously held roles at the University of New Mexico's Cancer Center and Dept. of Physics as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, and at the University of Minnesota in the Dept. of Biomedical Engineering as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Chris's expertise includes single molecule imaging, superresolution imaging modalities, and the development of analysis algorithms, culminating in multiple publications and awards for presentations. Educationally, Chris holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
