Connie Stepan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Engineering at Bio-Techne since April 2021, Connie has previously held significant positions such as Senior Design Engineer at BIC from June 1995 to April 2021, Engineering Manager at ADP from 1992 to 1995, and Design Engineer at Pitney Bowes from 1987 to 1992.
