David Clair

David Clair, CFA, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at Bio-Techne, where responsibilities include leading investor relations initiatives and developing financial models for valuation of M&A targets. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Director at Bio-Techne, where similar investor relations strategies were implemented. Experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Westwicke, providing financial consulting to executives across a wide range of company valuations, and an extensive background in equity research at Piper Jaffray and RBC Capital Markets, focusing on healthcare sectors. David began a career in investment risk and portfolio management at American Express Financial Advisors. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
