John McNamara

John McNamara has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. John began their career as an intern at Amylin Pharmaceuticals in 2006. John then joined Scientia Advisors, where they worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and later as an Associate from 2007 to 2012.

In 2013, John joined Roche Molecular Systems as an International Product Manager in the Genomics & Oncology department. John was later promoted to Senior International Product Manager before leaving the company in 2017.

From 2017 to 2022, John worked at Asuragen in multiple roles. John started as a Senior Marketing Manager, then moved on to become an Associate Director of Marketing. Their final role at Asuragen was Senior Manager of Product Marketing Management.

In 2022, John joined Bio-Techne as a Strategy Lead. Their work experience highlights their expertise in product marketing, strategy, and international product management in the biotechnology industry.

John McNamara obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hillsdale College from 2001 to 2005. John then pursued their Master's degree in Business, specifically in Regulatory Affairs, from Keck Graduate Institute from 2005 to 2007.
