Miles Smith

Miles Smith is a Cell and Gene Therapy Product Manager at Bio-Techne, focusing on immune cell therapy products since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2023, where Miles generated protocols for gene editing reagents and trained others in their implementation. As a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota, Miles completed a dissertation on Gene Therapy for Mucopolysaccharidosis Type II, which involved an extensive literature review and the development of an ex vivo lentiviral vector-based gene therapy project.
