Will Gilbert

Will Gilbert is a Cell and Gene Therapy Specialist at Bio-Techne since January 2023, focusing on partnering with biotech companies to enhance therapy development from early stages to commercialization. Prior to this role, Will served as Commercial Director at Phacilitate from July 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included relationship management and customer acquisition to support bioprocessing technology advancement. Additionally, Will worked as a PMO Consultant at Oracle for a brief period in early 2016 and managed a peer learning network at Winmark Global from October 2013 to January 2016, facilitating insights for senior leaders in top organizations. Will holds a Master of Science in Bio-Business from Birkbeck, University of London, completed in 2021.
