Abby Stone

Abby Stone is an experienced professional in laboratory operations and research, currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Operations at bioWORLD since November 2016, where oversight of all laboratory activities and management of staff occurs. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Aventiv Research Inc. and a Special Education Paraprofessional at The Learning Spectrum, focusing on individualized support for students. Abby's earlier career included positions as an Associate Scientist at Abbott Nutrition, assisting in laboratory testing and sample collection, and as a Quality Assurance professional at T. Marzetti Company, monitoring shelf-life and operational processes. Abby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, completed in 2011.
