Isha Kane

Isha Kane has four years of professional experience, beginning in 2019. In 2019, Isha worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Project Lead at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they conducted Alzheimer's Disease Research. Isha also served as Chairman (Co-President) of the Chinese Student Association - CSA of UC Santa Cruz, where they organized and led activities and events for undergraduate students. In 2020, Isha worked as a Project Manager and Market Strategist at BioAmp Diagnostics, Inc., where they participated in data analysis for a whole genome sequencing study. Isha also completed a key market study that helped redefine the product development pathway. Additionally, Isha served as a Junior Project Manager and Lab Manager and Executive Assistant at BioAmp Diagnostics, Inc., where they created and implemented their own laboratory supply ordering system and established multiple purchasing agreements. Finally, Isha worked as an OB/GYN Intern at Sutter Health, where they shadowed Dr. Cheryl Northey at the Watsonville clinic and observed a physician's entire workflow of treating patients.

Isha Kane completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Isha also attended Northgate High School and UC Berkeley Extension. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Emergency Medical Technician, Basic and Basic Life Support (BLS) from Defib This.
