David DiGuiseppi, PhD, is a driven Principal Scientist and Biophysical Chemist with extensive expertise in gene therapy, Analytical Development, and Quality Control. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at BioAnalysis, David leads the development of biophysical and HPLC methods while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Previously, David held significant roles at Passage Bio and Spark Therapeutics, where they contributed to analytical method development and laboratory management for AAV gene therapy vectors. David earned a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry and Biospectroscopy from Drexel University, further enhancing their robust background in experimental spectroscopy and biophysical methods.
