The BioBenefits program helps employers to maintain affordable and competitive employee benefits package(s) as part of their total rewards, aimed at attracting and retaining top-industry talent.  

Unique to the industry, BioBenefits promotes best practices in employee benefits compensation and plan design. Its high-end service delivery and cost-control mechanisms are supported by a suite of integrated technology solutions which allow for the management of all benefit types in one environment. 

BioBenefits gives bio-SMEs the opportunity to participate in a larger-shared risk pool(s). The economies of scale and scope allow employers to better plan and budget their benefits spend and compensation packages.  Marketing of the program is performed in partnership with BioTalent Canada.
