Rashell Kinard is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in bioanalytical sciences and clinical operations. Currently serving as the BioSample Operations Manager for Translational Sciences at BioBridges, Rashell excels in managing complex clinical studies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, at Astellas Pharma, Rashell oversaw biosample collection and processing, improving accuracy and reliability in study results. Rashell’s experience also includes roles at MPI Research, Intertek, and Avantor, demonstrating strong leadership, assay development, and project management skills. Rashell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Idaho State University.
